The ability to download an asset is only available on the RemoteSpark PC application.
Using the RemoteSpark PC application, users can download assets from their Personal Library, My Photos, or assets shared with other users.
Navigate to the correct Library and find the asset that you wish to download. Hovering over the asset will show a gear in the top right corner. Click that and choose Save to download the asset to your PC.
The bulk downloading of assets is forthcoming.
