In the event that you need to retrieve your Verbose Logs from your RemoteSpark application on your PC, please follow these steps.
Step 1
Click the Settings icon at the bottom right of the login window.
Step 2
Turn on Verbose Log (Preview) in the app then Save.
Step 3
Repeat the steps necessary to re-create your error.
Step 4
Open File Explorer on your PC and navigate to:
C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\Packages\KognitivSpark.RemoteSparkClient_###\LocalState\Logs
Send the following files to your KognitivSpark representative:
- RemoteSpark.txt
- \Verbose\####.txt
Please note that the use of ### indicates a unique string of characters on your PC.
