I received an Instant Assist call and now have an account that I would like to log into. How do I do that?

When you receive an Instant Assist call it creates a RemoteSpark account for you under that email address. This article covers how you gain access to that account after the fact.

Instant Assist requests create a user for you under the email address used. If you want to then use that user to log into RemoteSpark via the Windows application or via the Web Client you'll need to gain access to the account. You can gain access easily by performing a password reset.
