Once a user account is accepted into the Organization, the Administrator can reset their password from the Admin Tool.
- Login to the Admin Tool.
- Select your organization name button in the upper right corner of the Admin Tool.
- This button will have the name of your Organization (Kognitiv Spark demos in the example below.
3. Click Reset Password on the user.
4. Enter a new password.
5. Click Ok.
Note: this will not work for users who have logged in through the Microsoft Account login when they setup their account.
