Resetting an Organization member’s password

Once a user account is accepted into the Organization, the Administrator can reset their password from the Admin Tool.

  1. Login to the Admin Tool.
  2. Select your organization name button in the upper right corner of the Admin Tool.
    • This button will have the name of your Organization (Kognitiv Spark demos in the example below.

3. Click Reset Password on the user.

4. Enter a new password.

5. Click Ok.

Note: this will not work for users who have logged in through the Microsoft Account login when they setup their account.
