Expert users can share their desktop screen to the remote user in RemoteSpark video calls, in either a single screen shot (image) or a constant stream (video).
To screen share in a RemoteSpark video call:
- Select Share Screen.
- Select a screen capture image or Live Video of (constant stream).
- Select Share your window or Share your display.
- Choose the window or screen you wish to share.
- Click Ok.
The screen share will then be placed in the remote user’s environment and can be moved and interacted with.
Note: video screen sharing is capped at a maximum of 2fps and does not include sound.
Deleting the Screen Share
The remote user can delete the screen share using voice commands or the command bar.
Expert user can delete by double-clicking on the screen-share's icon.
