How do I change my password in RemoteSpark?

There are two options for changing your password if you have a RemoteSpark account.

Dashboard

If you know your current password and would like to change it, you can log into the browser-based dashboard at https://dashboard.kognitivspark.net

At the top right of the window, click on your user and a dropdown will appear. Then, select Profile.

From there, enter your old password, your new password, and confirm your new password then click Update Password to save it.

RemoteSpark for PC

Using the PC application, RemoteSpark for PC click the RemoteSpark login option then Forgot Password at the bottom right of the window. Enter the email address associated with your account.

RemoteSpark will then email you a validation code which you will need to paste/enter into the field in the application when prompted. Once confirmed, you can set your new password.

Note: if you have created your account using the Microsoft authentication method you will not be able to use RemoteSpark to change your password and must change your password using Microsoft's methods.
