- Power Off the Device
- Hold the Power button for about 10 seconds until the device shuts down completely.
- Enter Recovery Mode
- Press and hold the Power button + Scroll Wheel simultaneously.
- Keep holding until the boot/recovery screen appears.
- Navigate in Recovery Mode
- Use the Scroll Wheel to move through options.
- Select “Wipe data / Factory reset” by pressing the Scroll Wheel.
- Confirm Reset
- Scroll to “Yes” and press the Scroll Wheel to confirm.
- The device will erase all data and restore factory settings.
- Reboot
- After the reset completes, select “Reboot system now.”
Important Notes:
- This process will erase all user data, apps, and configurations.
- If the device is MDM-managed, it may re-enroll automatically after reboot.
- Ensure the battery is at least 50% charged before starting.
