Accounts created in RemoteSpark are device agnostic and can log into both the PC or HoloLens applications. Users can create accounts using either of the following methods:
Microsoft
- Recommended
- Most secure
- Leverages your corporate or personal Microsoft account
- Leverages your corporate security policies, multi-factor authentication, and more
RemoteSpark
- Uses an email / password combination
- Can use any valid email address
Regardless of authentication method, we recommend that users initially create their accounts using the PC application for ease of creation as well as familiarization with the platform.
