RemoteSpark users are unlimited and free to use.
The Microsoft Store is the preferred way for RemoteSpark users to install and receive ongoing updates to the application for the PC and HoloLens apps. Alternative installation options are available in some cases, please contact Kognitiv Spark support for further information.

Network requirements
The recommended minimum bandwidth requirement is at least 128kbps.
Video calls may be possible with upload or download speeds below 128kbps, but you may experience feature degradation.
Where possible, when using RemoteSpark in low bandwidth environments, make sure to initiate RemoteSpark video calls with a low-bandwidth mode.
