How to Find Your Past Sessions

Note: all sessions are saved in UTC time.


Note: if no 3D assets (photos, documents, 3D models) were shared in the video call, or they are all deleted before or after the call has ended – no session file is created.


  1. Click on a contact who you've made RemoteSpark video calls with.
  2. Click on any of the time-stamped session files.
  3. You can now see all assets that were shared in the video call.
