RemoteSpark's Instant Assist feature allows HoloLens users to send a quick invitation to new users to join them on a call on the fly. An email is sent to the new user with a prompt to join via our RemoteSpark Web Client.
Users can join from their PC, Mac, or mobile device via the web client.
Please make note of the feature limitations on the RemoteSpark Web Client page. As well, the same Network Firewall Rules must be in place on the recipient's computer for the call to work.
An account is created for the user using this method. They're then able to gain access to their account for use within the regular RemoteSpark Client or Web Client going forward using the password reset method. More details can be found here.
