On the side of the head strap there is a round button. Press down on the button and rotate the mechanism, so it’s perpendicular to the head strap.

Then press the button on top and move the mechanism all the way forward. Repeat the previous two steps on the other side.
On the mechanism check to see if the locking instrument is in the locked position. If locked, use the flat side of the included adjustment tool to unlock both mechanisms.

Using the screwdriver side of the adjustment tool, insert it to the top screw known as the tension screw and turn clockwise. Repeat on other side.

Remove the ear horns found on the back of the ARGO. Once again use the flat side of the adjustment tool and unlock the mechanism holding the ear horns and pull straight out. Remove ear horn on other side.
Lastly take the ARGO and insert it into the halo head strap and using the adjustment tool lock it in place. Repeat on the other side.
