Connect Users as Contacts

To connecting users within the organization, first sign into the dashboard here using the Admin login credentials:

Once logged in navigate to the left hand side of the screen and select Org Management then All Members.


Note: If you do not see the Org Management section, please login as the org Admin.


Once selected you will be brought to the All Members page. To connect users together go to one of the contacts and select View Friends on the right hand side.



A new window will appear showing all the current connected contacts and remaining contacts in the Org. Select the checkbox next to any of the contacts and select Connect Members.


The contacts will now be connected and able to call each other in RemoteSpark.
