Why are my RemoteSpark calls freezing during connection?

If you are experiencing an Establishing Connection screen but a call never connects, please try the following steps to resolve this:


  1. Disconnect and reconnect the call

  2. If the issue persists, reach out to your IT team and ask them to ensure Port 3478 is open for your network. You can review this article for more information:

  3. If the port is open and you still cannot connect a call, please reach out to our Customer Care email for help:
