Management Tool | Logging In

To access the Overview first login into the Management Tool via the RemoteSpark Portal linked below, using an Admin account.

Management Tool | Overview

The First screen after logging in is the Overview Page. Here you can find multiple useful information such as:

• The Organization Name
  • Here the Admin is able to change the Org name should they choose too.

• Active Licenses
  • Here is a table showing the current licenses by device ID the device name and the current expiration date for that device with easy search and sort options. 

• Domains
  • list of domain names that will automatically place a new user in this Organization. Login into a new device using one of these domains will also pull and an active pending license.

• Pending Licenses Expiration Dates
  • This is a list of licenses that are active but not tied to a device yet.
