Contact Status | PC
On the home page, a user’s contacts will be displayed with different colours to indicate their status. Below is a brief explanation of each status and its meaning.
 | Online - The user is online and available to connect. |
 | Offline - The user does not have RemoteSpark open, or has not logged in. |
 | Contact request pending - The user has not accepted your contact request, or you have not accepted their contact request. |
 | Busy - The user is currently in a RemoteSpark video call or waiting for a call to connect. |
 | Unavailable - The user is on the library page and cannot receive a call. |
