Uploading Files | PC

Expert users can upload various assets to the remote user anytime by selecting Files. The accepted file types that can be uploaded are .jpg and .pdf.

When selecting Files two options will appear, the first is upload. This allows the expert user to upload any file from the PC they wish to send to the remote user. The second is Gallery this option allows the expert user to send content from the various libraries, such as Personal, Org or Common. 

At anytime the expert user may also drag and drop files straight to the tray, as long as they are one of the accepted file types (.jpg and .pdf).
