In some instances, firewall policies have blocked or prevented access to RemoteSpark's login server which will prevent the ability to successfully log in.
One thing that you can do to test this is to use the Login Server Test Tool in RemoteSpark.
- At the login screen of RemoteSpark, clicks the Settings (gear) icon.
- Select Test Login Server to run the test.
RemoteSpark will then display the results for you, whether a success or failure.
If the results come back unsuccessful, please ensure that you have an internet connection active on the device before trying again. If they remain unsuccessful, please contact Kognitiv Spark support for further guidance.
