Preparing the Model for Upload
RemoteSpark will expect a .zip of your model to be uploaded either via a call or into your Library. Please take note of the following steps to prepare your model for upload. Please refer to this document regarding best practices before creating your model(s).
Step 1
Export your model to an empty folder.
Step 2
Select all of the exported files within that folder.
Step 3
In Windows, right click and choose Compress to ZIP File. The generated .zip file will then be used in RemoteSpark.
Thumbnail
If you wish to see a thumbnail preview of the hologram from your Gallery or within the call when you’ve shared a hologram using RemoteSpark Expert, you’ll need to have the preview image titled ‘thumbnail’ in JPG format within the zip file of the hologram.
