Voice Commands

When their hands are tied up doing important work, smart glass wearers can leverage RemoteSpark’s voice commands to get the job done.

Application

Hide Interface

Hides the display. Functional from any page.

Show Interface

Shows the display if hidden.

*Any smart glass interaction will do the same.

Enable Shake

Toggles the option for shake to hide on.

Disable Shake 

Toggles the option for shake to hide off.

Toggle Shake 

Toggles the option for shake to hide on/off.

Enable Gyro

Toggles the option for Gyro Navigation on.

Disable Gyro 

Toggles the option for Gyro Navigation off.

Take Photo

Take a photo from the point of view of the smart glass user. 

Hang Up

Ends the current call.

Exit App / Exit Application

Properly exits the application after an affirmative Yes answer when prompted.

*Answering No when prompted will dismiss the command.

Next

• While on Contacts, Library, Session or Settings this command will navigate the view to the next page.
• While on the page preview (when the zoom and page rip options are displayed) or on the zoomed view, this command will navigate to the next page in the document.

Previous

• While on Contacts, Library, Session or Settings this command will navigate the view to the previous page.
• While on the page preview (when the zoom and page rip options are displayed) or on the zoomed view, this command will navigate to the previous page in the document.

Lock

Enables the page lock feature when on zoomed view (same as single press of the scroll wheel).

*Applies to both JPEG and PDF assets

Unlock

Disables the page lock feature when on zoomed view (same as single press of the scroll wheel).

*Applies to both JPEG and PDF assets

Zoom In

Zoom in on the current content being displayed.

Zoom Out

Zoom out on the current content being displayed.

Set Zoom X

Sets the Zoom level for the current content being displayed. X = 1 – 5.

Set Zoom Min

Sets the Zoom level for the current content being displayed to min.

Set Zoom Max

Sets the Zoom level for the current content being displayed to max.

Start Recording

Starts recording a clip from the device’s camera. Minimum 10 seconds with a maximum of 5 minutes.

*Must be outside of a call.

Stop Recording

Stops the ongoing recording.

Play

Plays the current video.

Pause

Pauses the current video.

Reset

Resets to the start of the current video.

Upload

Uploads the current video to be processed. 

Navigation

Go Home

Navigates to the top level (home) page of the app.

Open Library

Navigates to the top level of the library page.

Open Contacts

Navigates to the contacts list page.

Open Meetings

Navigates to the meetings page.

*Only available when logged in through Microsoft Account.

Open Session

Navigates to the session page.

Open Capture Mode

Navigates to the capture page.

Open Configuration / Settings

Navigates to the RemoteSpark settings page.

Navigate (Up, Down, Left, Right)

Navigates through selections, by changing the highlighted item.

Go Back

Navigates to the previous screen/step.

Select

Select the highlighted menu option.

Volume Controls

Increase Volume

Increases the device’s primary volume.

Decrease Volume

Decreases the device’s primary volume.

Set Volume to Max

Sets the device’s primary volume to max.

Mute Volume

Mutes the device.

Unmute Volume

Unmutes the device if currently muted.

Brightness Controls

Increase Brightness

Increases the device’s brightness.

Decrease Brightness

Decreases the device’s brightness

Set Brightness to Max

Sets the device’s brightness to max.

Set Brightness to X

Sets the device’s brightness to the specified number.

Contact Commands

Set Contact X

Assigns the currently highlighted contact a number designated by X.

Clear Contact X

Clear the contact number that is designated. 

Call Contact X

Call the contact that is currently designated by the specified number

Clear All Contacts

Clear all contacts of their designated numbers.
